From the West Take I-10 east to I-295, Take I-295 South (look for signs to St. Augustine). Take EXIT 10 which is US-17 (also called Park Ave). Go south on US-17 to Wells Road (approximately 0.3 miles). Turn right on Wells Road. Go 0.5 miles to Corporate Way and turn left. North Florida Neurology is the first building on the RIGHT after the lake (about 100 yards). Look for the sign that says "North Florida Neurology: Veterinary Neurology & Neurosurgery."

From the North Go South on I-95. When you are North of Jacksonville look for signs for I-295 (Ring road around west side of Jacksonville) Take I-295 south ( exit 362B; look for signs to St. Augustine). Stay on I-295 until you are south of Jacksonville (about 30 min on I-295). Take EXIT 10 which is US-17 (also called Park Ave). Go south on US-17 to Wells Road (approximately 0.3 miles). From the Beaches (estimated time from Ponte Vedra 35 minutes) Take J Turner Butler Blvd (FL-202) west (go toward I-95 but take St. Johns Bluff Road exit). St. Johns Bluff Road will become FL-9A.
